AI Integration — remove the admin, keep the judgement.
The useful version of AI in a small business is unglamorous: triaging enquiries, drafting the follow-up you keep not sending, summarising a week of messages, keeping records tidy. Work that costs hours and requires no judgement. The parts that need judgement should stay with your team.
Bin Bash Computing connects AI into the tools a business already uses — email, scheduling and CRM — to remove repetitive manual work such as lead routing, follow-up drafting and data entry, without replacing the team's existing process.
What you actually get
Named deliverables, not categories. If we can't describe it, we shouldn't be billing for it.
Lead triage and routing
Incoming enquiries sorted by service, urgency and location, then routed to the right person with the context already attached.
Follow-up drafting
Drafts prepared for a human to check and send. Drafted, not sent automatically — the review step is the point, not an inconvenience.
Review and message responses
Suggested replies for reviews and repetitive enquiries, in your tone, with the sensitive ones flagged for a person rather than answered.
Summaries that get read
A short digest of the week — new enquiries, unanswered messages, review activity — instead of a dashboard nobody opens.
Connected to what you already use
Email, scheduling, spreadsheets, CRM. We work with the tools your team already knows rather than migrating you onto something new.
A clear off switch
Every automation can be paused or reverted, and nothing consequential happens without a human in the loop.
Is this right for you?
We'd rather tell you now than three months into a retainer.
A good fit if
- A repetitive task is eating real hours every week
- The task has a predictable shape and a checkable output
- You already have the tools; the problem is the manual work between them
- Someone will own reviewing what the automation produces
Not a fit if
- The task genuinely needs judgement or relationship knowledge
- You want to reduce headcount rather than free up time
- The process changes constantly and has never been written down
- Nobody will check the output — unreviewed automation compounds mistakes silently
Usually two to four weeks per workflow, most of it spent watching how the task is actually done rather than how it is described. Small and reversible first, then extended once it has earned trust.
Scoped per workflow rather than as a blanket retainer, because the value differs enormously between them. We will tell you if a task is not worth automating — some are cheaper left manual.
Frequently asked questions
Will this replace my staff?
That is not what we build. The work worth automating is the work nobody wants: retyping, sorting, chasing, summarising. The parts requiring judgement, relationships or accountability should stay with people, and automating them tends to produce expensive mistakes.
What should I automate first?
Whatever is most repetitive, most frequent, and easiest to check. Lead triage and follow-up drafting are usually the best starting points because the output is immediately visible — you notice quickly if it is wrong.
What if it makes a mistake?
Assume it will, and design for that. We keep a human in the loop for anything consequential, prefer drafting over sending, and make every automation reversible. Automation you cannot audit is a liability, not a saving.
Do I need to change my software?
Usually not. We connect to what you already use. Migrating tools is a much larger project and rarely the actual bottleneck.
