Local SEO — get into the three results people actually call.

Most local searches are decided in the map pack, above the organic results, on a phone. Local SEO is the work of getting into those three slots and staying there — which is mostly profile structure, citation consistency, and review flow, not the content work people expect.

Short answer

Bin Bash Computing's local SEO service covers Google Business Profile optimisation, NAP and citation cleanup, review workflow, location and service pages, and the technical on-page work behind map pack and local organic rankings. It is delivered remotely worldwide and in person by appointment in Junagadh, Gujarat.

What you actually get

Named deliverables, not categories. If we can't describe it, we shouldn't be billing for it.

01

Google Business Profile, built properly

Every field completed, the correct primary category, honest service areas, accurate hours, and — for businesses that travel to customers — a correctly configured service-area profile with the address hidden. That last item is the most common structural error we find, and it is a suspension risk.

02

NAP and citation cleanup

One exact name, address and phone everywhere Google can see it, with duplicate and outdated listings merged or removed. Old suite numbers and retired tracking numbers create the doubt that costs rankings.

03

On-page and technical fixes

Titles and descriptions that fit the SERP, correct heading structure, internal linking, page speed, and LocalBusiness structured data with consistent identifiers.

04

Review systems

A repeatable way to earn reviews steadily rather than in bursts — burst patterns are exactly what review filters flag — plus response templates for the awkward ones.

05

Location and service pages

Substantive pages for the places and services you want to be found for. Not fifteen templated pages with a swapped city name, which is a liability rather than coverage.

06

Reporting on leads, not impressions

Calls, direction requests, form fills and discovery-vs-direct search trends. If a month was flat, the report says it was flat.

Austin HVAC SEO Case Study: 35 to 90 Calls a Month

An Austin HVAC contractor's Google Business Profile went from roughly 35 calls a month to about 90 over six months of purely organic local SEO — no paid ads. Profile views rose from around 1,300 to 5,000 a month and direction requests from about 20 to 100, driven by fixing the profile's structure, cleaning up local citations, and posting consistently rather than by any single tactic.

Buda TX Cleanout Site: Core Web Vitals Case Study

On a Buda, TX hoarding cleanout website I took mobile LCP from the 4-5 second range to under 2 seconds, replaced a heavy third-party estimate form with a light native one, and reserved layout space so the page stopped shifting. Lead-notification emails then arrived on most days rather than sporadically - an inbox observation, not a measured conversion rate, and the local SEO work shipped alongside the performance work so the two cannot be separated.

HVAC SEO Case Study: 3× Clicks in Three Months

An HVAC contractor went from 238 to 698 Google Search Console clicks in three months — a 193% increase — after I fixed a website that was targeting cities across multiple states, rebuilt a neglected Google Business Profile, and published content on a hub-and-spoke structure. Impressions doubled and average position improved from 23.3 to 16.1.

./qualify --honestly

Is this right for you?

We'd rather tell you now than three months into a retainer.

A good fit if

  • Customers find you by searching a service plus a place
  • You serve a defined geographic area, or have premises people visit
  • A booked job or new customer is worth enough to justify a retainer
  • You can respond to enquiries reasonably quickly

Not a fit if

  • You sell nationally or online with no location relevance
  • You need customers this week — this is a 3-6 month compounding play
  • Nobody can answer the phone or reply to enquiries
  • You want guaranteed rankings, which nobody can honestly promise
Realistic timeline

Google Business Profile visibility often moves within 4-6 weeks — it is the fastest lever available. Competitive organic terms typically take 3-6 months of steady work. Local SEO compounds: early profile and citation work keeps paying off as content and authority build on top of it.

What it costs

Most small businesses land in the $500-$2,500/month range depending on market competition and how many locations or services you need covered. One-off profile setup and citation cleanup runs roughly $500-$1,500.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from regular SEO?

Local SEO optimises for proximity-influenced results — the map pack, Google Business Profile, and location-qualified searches. Regular SEO competes on content and authority alone. The signals differ: profile completeness, citation consistency and review flow matter enormously for local and barely at all for national.

Do I need a website, or just a Google Business Profile?

The profile does the heaviest lifting for map pack visibility, and for some very small businesses it is genuinely most of the return. But the profile links to your site, and Google cross-references what it finds there. A weak or missing site caps how far the profile can take you.

How many locations can you handle?

Multi-location work scales close to linearly — each location needs its own profile, its own page, and its own review flow. We will tell you honestly what the effort looks like before you commit rather than pricing it as an afterthought.

What if my listing is suspended?

Reinstatement is a specific process and the cause matters — most suspensions trace to an address that does not meet Google guidelines, a keyword-stuffed business name, or a service-area business showing a location customers cannot visit. Tell us what happened and we will tell you whether it is recoverable.
